More experienced attorneys SHOULD also apply. We are also open to considering lateral partners. J.D. from an accredited law school and in good standing with the California State Bar is required.We take cases to trial, but trial experience is not required. The desire to try cases is also not required, but trial experience is a plus.Immediate responsibility for case handling, trial work, working directly with clients, court appearances, motion practice, depositions, discovery, demand letters, etc. Compensation will vary depending on level of experience.Please provide a resume, cover letter, and references to the attention of "Hiring Partner."
