Compensation:$35,000 - $45,000
Responsibilities:- Answer customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or other means.
- Take ownership of customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and drive resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams.
- Collect customer feedback and document knowledge as solution articles.
- Build relationships with customers and prospects to attract and retain them.
- Generate sales leads that can develop into new customers.
- Maintain expert knowledge about the company's products and services.
- Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems
- Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Prior work in a customer-facing position or customer service role is required
- Knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules is preferred
- Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills
