The Banquet Server plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests during weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sets up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings, decorations, and equipment.
- Greets guests upon arrival and provides excellent customer service throughout the event.
- Serves food and beverages in a professional and efficient manner, following established serving protocols.
- Monitors guest needs and promptly responds to requests or concerns.
- Clears tables and maintains cleanliness in the banquet area throughout the event.
- Works closely with the kitchen and event planning staff to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Adheres to all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper handling of food and beverages.
- Assists with event breakdown and cleanup tasks as needed.
- Maintains a positive attitude and professional appearance at all times.
- Collaborates with team members to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality role preferred.
