You and your team are responsible for our brand experience from A to Z. We operate small in house "agency" that services our internal and external marketing and branding needs. The team serves as a brand ambassador, project manager and a production coordinator all packaged in one, this role is fundamental to the growth of our corporate location of an industry leader in the building supply market. We have been serving the industry since 1987, differentiating ourselves from our competitors based on product quality, enhanced customer service and a robust in-house fleet line. We live to serve our entire installer base as a true “One-Stop-Shop!”
Tasks will include but not be limited to:
- Marketing point of contact for both internal and external collateral/promotional material requests and lead on fulfilment of those requests
- Maintain stock inventory levels on printed collateral and sample inventory
- Manage all promotional material inventory, ordering and distribution.
- Produce all of the in-house embroidery requests utilizing pre-digitized files.
- Marketing point of contact for internal initiative requests with complementary departments include by not limited to HR, Production and Inventory
- Assist broader team on external marketing campaigns including but not limited to physical mailings, email campaigns, social media and in person events.
Seeking detail-oriented, positive, team-centric individuals with project management experience. Our ideal candidate doesn’t shy away from challenges and looks to provide solutions rather than simply identifying problems. Our very unique customer base requires both traditional and transformative styles of marketing. The ability to "fuel the plane while it's flying" is critical.
Applicants must be able to handle and prioritize deadlines, work efficiently in both a team and individual setting and possess a lifetime learner mentality.
Min of 1 years’ experience in marketing strategy, operations and/or production requested – can be from part-time, work-study or internship work.
