Job description
We are seeking a Production Floor supervisor with experience in manufacturing operations.

We are a manufacturing and distribution company with proven industry leadership for more than 20 years and have entered a new growth mode. We are looking for individuals that want an exciting opportunity to lead a team and oversee a variety of distribution related processes.
The position’s main function will be checking order accuracy, ensuring proper material handling and loading of trucks along with leading a team of individual contributors with various job functions within the warehouse while maintaining a sense of urgency among all team members.
This position will be supervising light manufacturing functions and a background in roll form equipment is a plus.
This is not an office job it is a hands-on leadership opportunity that requires a strong personal work ethic, problem solving and the ability to lead, train, and develop the individuals working for you.
Previous supervisor experience is required.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Pay: Up to $21.00 per hour
