Job Summary :
The Constructability Review Specialist will support theDesign Manager and Owner Authorized Representative during the preconstructionphase. This role ensures project designs are comprehensive, coordinated, andoptimized for construction efficiency.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in defining and reviewing the Project Requirement Document, including scope of work, schedule, and interim housing needs.
- Provide value engineering recommendations early in the design process.
- Review design deliverables, identifying inconsistencies, ambiguities, conflicts, errors, and omissions to minimize RFIs and Change Orders.
- Ensure design documents are well-coordinated across all disciplines.
- Conduct thorough constructability reviews of pre-bid construction documents.
- Collaborate effectively with the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative to streamline project execution.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
