Position Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-service-focused ICC Certified Permit Technician to join our team. This role is primarily administrative and will involve handling permit applications, assisting applicants with the process, answering questions, and managing document filing. This is an on-site position in Pinellas County, FL. Certification is required.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive, process, and log permit applications in the system
- Provide clear and accurate information to applicants regarding permit requirements and procedures
- Answer general inquiries about the permitting process via phone, email, and in person
- File and maintain permit documentation according to company and county guidelines
- Ensure organized and accurate record-keeping for all permit applications
- Support the permitting team with administrative tasks as needed
