Commercial General Contractor - The Senior Project Manager is responsible for overall project planning, resource allocation, and budget control while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following
- Oversee the construction project from start to finish; review bid proposals, budgets, submittals, RFIs, contracts, change orders, closeouts
- Perform a key role in project planning, budgeting, and identification of resources needed
- Manage the budget and minimize exposure and risk in the project
- Guide the efforts of all parties involved in the project, including architects, consultants, sub-contractors, and laborers
- Serve as the primary link with the client and review all deliverables prepared by the team before presenting them to client
- Create and update the construction schedule with the project superintendent
- Maintain strict adherence to the budgetary guidelines, quality, and safety standards
- Provide training and mentorship to other team members

EXPERIENCE: 10 Years in the construction industry with $10M project size
QUALIFICATIONS: Proficiency with email, Office, document, project management, and scheduling software used in the construction industry.
EDUCATION: 4-year college degree preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to stand for long periods; Ability to sit for long periods; Ability to travel to job sites
