What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2-5 years in business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-customer (B2C) environments.
QuickBooks Proficiency: Minimum of 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Desktop, including a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
HR Knowledge: At least 2 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, and other HR tasks.
Attention to Detail: Strong mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy and the ability to manage tasks efficiently, even in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a positive and professional demeanor.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with CRM systems, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems are required.
Office Experience: Previous experience managing office tasks, from filing and mail processing to customer support and office supply management.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and complete daily bank deposits for Structural Buildings of MN, Inc. and associated companies.
Enter invoices into QuickBooks and Buildertrend, ensuring accuracy and alignment with purchase orders.
Manage multi-line phone systems, providing professional and courteous assistance to customers and employees.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and office supply inventories.
Maintain organized filing systems for both paper and electronic documents.
Support the Controller and HR Manager with accounts payable/receivable, onboarding/offboarding, and year-end tasks.
Ensure the office is tidy and welcoming, creating a positive first impression for visitors.
