With over 38 years of sustained growth and plans to double in size within the next five years, we’re looking for Construction Field Superintendents to help us achieve our ambitious goals. What You’ll Do
As a Construction Field Superintendent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful completion of projects by managing multiple job sites, overseeing crews, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
Project Oversight: Document and track progress across job sites.
Perform pre-construction meetings with sales and foremen.
Arrange equipment and supplies to meet project timelines and budgets.
Conduct final inspections with customers to ensure contract fulfillment.
Crew Management: Train and mentor crews with a growth-oriented mindset.
Evaluate staffing needs and assign crews to appropriate projects.
Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and adherence to scope.
Safety & Quality: Enforce company safety standards at all times.
Perform quality control checks on ongoing work.
What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone who is:
Skilled in reading blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
Knowledgeable about construction processes and tools.
An effective communicator with customers, vendors, and team members.
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Tech-savvy with experience using laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work outdoors in a physically demanding environment, including at heights of up to 40 feet.
Safe handling of construction tools and equipment.
