Summary
As a Press Brake Operator at Structural Concepts Corp., you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining press brake machinery to produce high-quality components for our food display solutions. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of innovation and excellence in the industry.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic power brake machines to form parts to blueprint specifications. Produce completed formed parts from pre-cut blanks to specified print dimensions.
- Adjust programming to ensure parts meet print and quality specifications.
- Inspect products and make corrections to ensure parts meet quality standards. Measure, align, and position materials per print requirements.
- Check height, depth, and thickness using calipers, gauges and other precision-measuring instruments.
- Clean equipment, tools, work area, and/or workstations daily. Perform routine equipment and tooling PMs per documented standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and tools, including micrometers.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to production.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay: $21.00 - $22.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
