Summary

As a Quality Assurance Assistant at Structural Concepts Corp., you will play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards by supporting the quality team. This position is essential to our mission of providing innovative food display solutions that last longer and minimize operating costs.

Responsibilities

• Pump cases down in preparation for refrigerant charge.
• Charging cases using R290 refrigerant.
• Basic Function testing.
• Moving Cases into and out of Pump Area, to Charge Station, to lab WIP area, in and out of the lab.
• Hooking cases up for test which includes connection temperature probes, setting controllers, and setting valve position.
• Disconnecting case after test is complete, including leak check.
• Complete final inspection of cases and record in software (iAuditor)
• Daily 5S responsibilities

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Type 2 Certification for handling Refrigerants. (Training Provided)
• Use Microsoft Excel and able to learn the iAuditor inspection system. (Training Provided)
• Walk behind fork truck certification (Training Provided)
• High School Education
