Main Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Provide expert guidance to customers on equipment operation, warranty, and replacement parts.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide cost estimates, and assist customers in finding the required parts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite part orders for critical customers.
- Review and approve warranty invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Essential Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- A High School diploma is required; vocational training or college education is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with MS desktop and ERP applications, preferably Epicor Kinetic.
