Key Responsibilities
- To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- To provide expert advice to customers on equipment operation, warranty, and replacement parts.
- To respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide cost estimates, and assist customers in finding the required parts.
- To work closely with internal teams to expedite part orders for critical customers.
- To review and approve warranty invoices for accuracy and completeness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- A High School diploma is required; vocational training or college education is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with MS desktop and ERP applications, preferably Epicor Kinetic.
