What are the responsibilities and job description for the Rope Access Technician – SPRAT Level 2 or IRATA Level 2 position at Structural Group, Inc?
STRUCTURAL is currently recruiting for Rope Access Technicians to join our team performing work in New York City, NY.
Construction duties include:
- Re-pointing
- Caulking
- Stone patching using color/texture matched mortars
- Brick demolition
- Brick installation
- Waterproofing
Our ideal candidate must:
- Poses and maintains a valid SPRAT level 2 or IRATA level 2 card
- Must understand basic principles of construction and common construction tools
- Demonstrates the ability to perform basic labor tasks with minimal supervision
- Willing to learn and grow as a team
- Willing to take direction and feedback in a high paced environment
- Employees must provide their own reliable transportation to travel to and from job site. Willing to occasionally travel to out of town projects.
- OSHA 30 and NYC DOB SST card are a plus
- Follows and promotes Safety 24/7 culture and exhibits a Safety 24/7 attitude in all situations. Extremely safety conscious. Sets an example for others by demonstrating that safety is a core value. Wears all safety equipment. Assists project teams in ensuring job site is maintained in a safe manner.
Earn between $40 - $50 per hour (based on experience) in addition to full benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and vacation!
