A NDE Level II Examiner is an individual who has industry experience and has secured and maintained NDE LII certification in at least one surface examination method (MT, PT or ET) and one volumetric examination method (UT, ET, or RT). Additional training and / or certification in other methods may be provided to satisfy SI core competencies and meet customer expectations.
Primary Responsibilities :
This position is for someone wanting to grow in the fast-growing field of specialized Turbine & Generator nondestructive examinations (NDE), using various methods. This role will be responsible for conducting NDE to assess the condition of critical rotating equipment. Experience in phased array UT, Automated UT (AUT), or Gas Turbine NDE is a plus. Experience in access and working at nuclear facilities is also a plus.
