Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Coordinator to join our team at Structural Building Solutions LLC, a leading manufacturer of trusses, floor joists and panel walls. In this role, you support the sales team in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring timely communication between clients and production. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with clients and driving sales growth within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
§ Manage incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system. Confirm order details with clients and coordinate with production teams.
§ Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and distributors.
§ Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing quotes, and resolving issues related to products, delivery, and pricing.
§ Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports. Track sales metrics and provide updates on sales performance.
§ Collaborate with the production team to monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of products to meet customer demand.
§ Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in the CRM system. Update records with order details, client interactions, and feedback.
§ Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends. Assist in developing strategies to increase market share.
§ Prepare and maintain sales reports, invoices, and other administrative documents. Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements for the sales team as needed.
§ Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
§ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales or a related field [preferred].
§ Previous experience in sales support or coordination, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry.
§ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
§ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
§ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
§ Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
§ Capable of physical mobility, including walking, sitting, bending, twisting, standing, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving [lifting up to 25 pounds, periodically].
