Responsibilities:
- Partnering with Project Managers and other leaders to drive project outcomes
- Contributing to pre-project and pre-task planning processes
- Enhancing team cohesion and performance
- Confirming the safe and efficient operation of tools and equipment
- Providing coaching and support to crews as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in general construction, with at least 5 years in a Foreman or Assistant Superintendent role
- Experience in repair projects, including concrete repair, structural strengthening, and waterproofing
