Job Description:
We are seeking a temporary Rescue Skiff Operator to join our team in Maysville, Kentucky. The primary responsibility of this role is to operate the rescue skiff during construction activities. This is a crucial position that ensures safety and efficiency on-site.
Requirements:
- CPR Certification: Must be CPR certified or willing to obtain certification.
- Boating Experience: Previous boat experience or possession of a boating permit is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the rescue skiff during construction.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in emergency situations as needed.

The ideal candidate will be / have:
- Focused on safety in all situations and environments.
- Comfortable with the use of standard PPE at construction sites.
- Team and solution oriented, with a proactive, professional, positive attitude.
- Experienced construction field technicians / laborers
- Advantageous if familiar with concrete repair, formwork and finishing, grouting, and placement/tying of rebar.
- Comfort with working at heights
- The ability to read and speak English.
- The ability to lift material up to 50lbs
- Good hand-eye coordination & capable of standing for extended periods of time.
- Motivated to work more than 40 hours per week.
Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish / English may be given preference.
Candidates who are union ironworkers/rodbusters with ability to work union or open-shop projects may be given preference.
