POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Business Technology Manager serves as a strategic partner, bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. This role will play a key part in aligning technology with business goals, ensuring seamless digital transformation and innovation across the organization. This role will report directly to our Sr. Director, IT Business Partner – G&A and will be responsible for to partner with business teams and IT stakeholders to drive strategic technology initiatives, optimize systems, and enhance operational efficiencies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Technology Strategy & Business Alignment
- Act as a strategic technology partner to business functions, understanding their needs and driving IT solutions that support company objectives
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of technology platforms that enhance business processes and user experience
- Collaborate with leadership to define technology roadmaps that align with corporate strategy
Solution Delivery & Optimization
- Oversee the implementation and integration of business applications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices
- Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting to optimize performance and user experience
- Drive process automation and data-driven decision-making through innovative technology solutions
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with Finance, HR, Legal teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions
- Engage with external vendors, consultants, and IT teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Ensure strong governance, security, and compliance in all technology implementations
Project & Change Management
- Lead cross-functional technology projects, ensuring timely execution, stakeholder alignment, and risk mitigation
- Support change management efforts to drive adoption and maximize technology ROI
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support for key business applications

REQUIREMENTS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- 7 years of experience in business technology, IT business partnership, or enterprise applications management
- Proficiency in Data Analytics, Cloud Platforms, and Business Process Automation and prior experience with NetSuite, Strongpoint, AuditBoard, BambooHR, ADP, ZipHQ, Contract Mgmt. software a plus
- Experience working in Life Sciences, Biopharma, or Healthcare industries is a plus
- Proficiency with Chinese is a plus
The target salary range for this full-time role is $146,000 - $176,000 bonus equity benefits. Structure Therapeutics determines salary ranges based on level and scope of responsibilities, as well as location. Individual pay is further determined by additional factors, including relevant experience, specific job skills, education and training.
