POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr. Dir, HRBP will play a vital role in aligning Human Resources strategies and initiatives with the overall business objectives. The position will act as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leaders and managers, providing both strategic guidance and operational support on all HR-related matters. The role requires a deep understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic HR Partnership:
o Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to understand the business strategy, goals, and challenges, and provide strategic HR guidance and support.
o Proactively identify and address HR-related issues, opportunities, and trends, and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
o Member of the HR Leadership team responsible for the development, communication, and execution of HR programs and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
Talent Management and Development:
o Work closely with managers to identify key talent needs, succession planning, and workforce development strategies.
o Support the recruitment and selection process by partnering with hiring managers to define job requirements, conduct interviews, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
o Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Employee Relations and Performance Management:
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations.
o Collaborate with managers to establish performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms.
o Coach managers on effective performance management techniques and provide support in addressing performance-related challenges.
Compensation and Benefits:
o Partner with the Rewards team to develop and communicate competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs.
o Advise managers on compensation-related matters, including salary reviews, promotions, and incentives.
HR Policy and Compliance:
o Interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure consistent application across the organization.
o Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance to managers on legal and ethical HR practices.
o Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, considering best practices and the organization's culture and values.

REQUIREMENTS
Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience
• 12 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in similar strategic HR roles.
• Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee and company information.
Travel - 25%
The target salary range for this full-time role is $216,000 - $297,000 bonus equity benefits. Structure Therapeutics determines salary ranges based on level and scope of responsibilities, as well as location. Individual pay is further determined by additional factors, including relevant experience, specific job skills, education and training.
