STOBG Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Internship:
STOBG seeks motivated, enthusiastic Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Intern. As an intern you will work alongside members within the Human Resources Department. The right candidate will have a variety of skills and the willingness to perform a range of tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
Internship will last about 3 months but can extend longer on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities/Requirements:
· Support planning for DEIB related events (such as Heritage events and CEO Roundtables discussions).
· Support content creation for the DEIB Intranet page and related communication. This can include supporting video content, researching articles, collecting BUs updates, creating blog posts, etc.
· Keep meeting notes for the Executive DEIB Committee & Full DISC meetings
· Assist with special projects and BU related initiatives.
Key Requirements:
· Curiosity/Passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging
· Strong written communication skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· High level of organization with experience working on multiple projects concurrently
· Recent college grads or current graduate students
· Background in Marketing or Communications
Salary:
- $22/hr - $24/hr
