General Description

The National Accounts Project Executive will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key national clients, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service across multiple regions. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national accounts, work cross-functionally with various internal teams, and develop strategic initiatives to enhance the customer experience while maximizing profitability.

A critical component of this role is a deep understanding of the national account portfolio, ensuring consistency in project estimates, and developing processes to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams. The National Accounts Project Executive will be the expert on every detail of the accounts, ensuring smooth execution, cost control, and timely delivery of services. This role requires a strong balance of relationship-building, strategic sales planning, and operational management to drive long-term success in a highly competitive marketplace.

Education

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, TRAINING, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). MBA preferred.

Experience

  • 5 years of experience in account management, business development, and sales management, P&L management, or project management with a focus on national accounts or B2B sales.
  • Proven experience in managing large, complex accounts and/or projects, and growing revenue within an established portfolio.
  • Experience in building services, design-build services, engineering services, or restoration is highly preferred.

Essential Job Functions

Client Liaison and Account Planning:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for national account clients, ensuring seamless communication, inquiry responses, and consultation.
  • Develop customized account plans, including how StructureCare will address client needs and expectations.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status, performance metrics, master schedule, and strategic initiatives.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at national accounts.
  • Act as the main liaison between the client and StructureCare, ensuring the company delivers top-tier service and solutions.
  • Regularly meet with clients to assess their needs, address issues, and identify opportunities for service enhancements.

Sales Development And Revenue Growth

  • Determination of national account future programs and needs.
  • Drive the sales process with a focus on cross-selling and upselling additional services to national accounts.
  • Develop account strategies to grow existing business and expand the footprint within national clients.
  • Prepare and present tailored proposals to national clients, ensuring solutions align with their strategic objectives and needs.

Project Estimate Consistency And Cost Control

  • Ensure that all project estimates for national accounts are accurate, consistent, and aligned with internal cost structures.
  • Work closely with estimators, project managers, and the finance team to ensure estimates reflect the scope of work, timelines, and resources required.
  • Review and approve project proposals and budgets before submission to clients, ensuring that profitability goals are met while maintaining competitive pricing.

Project Coordination And Oversight

  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, and customer service) to ensure seamless execution of services.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on project status and coordinate any changes or adjustments as needed.

Reporting And Analysis, Strategic Planning

  • Tracking internal and client sales, service deliverables, and project management schedule/milestones.
  • Develop strategic business plans and sales targets for national accounts, reporting on performance and progress to senior management.
  • Work with marketing and sales leadership to create and implement campaigns tailored to national accounts.

Contract Negotiation And Renewal Management

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms with national accounts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Oversee the renewal process and ensure customer retention by maintaining high levels of service and satisfaction.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations and territory support teams to ensure alignment on project execution and client expectations.
  • Share feedback and insights from clients to improve internal processes and drive innovation in service delivery.
