- Analyze new and existing ratings on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs) using proprietary models, as part of the new rating or surveillance teams.
- Analyze transaction documents focusing on identifying credit risks.
- Prepare and present rating conclusions to a credit committee.
- Draft rating action commentary reports to communicate rating decisions to market participants.
- Participate as a credit committee member for rating actions in the Structured Credit sector.
- Contribute to recurring and special research publications.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as finance, accounting, or economics.
- You have at least one to three years of experience in the financial sector, ideally with exposure to CLOs or Structured Finance.
- You possess strong critical thinking skills, a deep intellectual curiosity, and meticulous attention to detail.
- You possess the ability to listen actively and integrate others’ perspectives in a consensus-driven environment.
- You demonstrate a high level of personal responsibility, initiative, and self-management.
- You have a keen interest in capital markets and structured finance.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of programming languages is a plus but not required.
- Ability to convey complex subjects clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing.
