What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Support Specialist position at StruXure Outdoor, LLC?
What you will do:
- Resolve 90% of dealer technical issues on first contact or within 24 hours through phone, email, or on-site support.
- Maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 95% or higher based on post-interaction feedback surveys.
- Respond to all service request calls within 2 business hours and coordinate follow-up actions within 24 hours.
- Ensure 100% of service visits are documented and updated in the tracking system within 48 hours.
- Keep Technical Support Van stocked and ready for deployment at all times, with monthly audits of inventory.
- Fulfill material orders for service calls with 100% accuracy and no delays in response time.
- Participate in at least 2 product field tests per quarter to validate technical functionality and usability.
- Lead or assist in at least one dealer training session per quarter, contributing to training improvements based on field insights.
- Support new hire onboarding by providing technical training and hands-on guidance as part of the StruXure Orientation Program.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in technical support or a related field
- Construction or field service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Travel Requirements:
- Must be able and willing to travel 20-30%, including air travel across regional and national locations.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to rent and operate a car for travel and field support assignments.

Compensation for roles at AZEK varies depending on a wide range of factors including but not limited to the specific work location, role, skill set and level of experience. The annual salary for this role is $55,000 to $65,000. In addition to base salary, we offer generous bonus opportunities that significantly increase earning potential.
