We are seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to help our prospective clients book in-person design consultations.
The position is full-time, in person, and located in the city of San Dimas.

Position Overview/Responsibilities:
- Schedule/coordinate appointments for sales team - NO cold-calling involved!
- Data entry
- Follow up
Required:
- Reliability!
- Energetic, friendly, bubbly personality
- Must love being on the phone
- Saturday availability
- Call center experience a plus!
- Experience with mapping/coordination a plus!
