We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role involves managing warehouse operations while also performing driving duties to transport goods safely and efficiently. Duties
- Safely operate company vehicles, including box trucks and flatbeds, to transport goods to designated locations.
- Perform route driving, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading products at the warehouse and delivery sites.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel consumption.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient inventory management and organization.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns from clients.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with route planning and navigation tools, a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks as required.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both driving and warehouse duties.
- Previous experience in moving or logistics is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
