We are a high end growing suspension company looking for a suspension sales and customer service associate.
We’re looking for an energetic, results-driven sales representative to engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
We are a local company who tries to provide a fun atmosphere while being the best at what we do! We are growing, but are still like family. We offer things like quarterly company lunch to promote unity and show appreciation.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Continuously improve through feedback
Skills
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Energetic, friendly and customer service oriented
- Knowledge of truck suspension a HUGE plus and is preferred!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
