As the PMO, Planview Administrator for Stryker’s Instruments Planview solution, you will act as the primary point of contact for users. Drawing on your expertise in Planview system administration, workflow management, and troubleshooting, along with strong interpersonal skills, you will support Stryker’s mission to make healthcare better. This individual contributor role requires professional expertise and independent judgment, with minimal supervision. The position demands precision in system configuration, data input, and analysis to drive informed decision-making. You will oversee the PMO’s Planview Administration objectives, managing system performance, data integrity, metrics, trending, and key performance indicators to optimize operational efficiency.

What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary administrator for Planview – Advisor, managing system configuration, maintenance, data loads, integrations, and optimization to ensure reliable performance.
- Partner with Finance and Marketing teams to deploy Planview – Advisor, ensuring the tool meets operational needs for financial modeling and related functions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complex problems related to functionality, data integrity, security, and integrations.
- Train users on Planview – Advisor, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and deploy sustainable training processes for new hires, current employees, and refresher courses.
- Act as the primary point of contact for user support, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving system-related problems.
- Provide lead administrative support for Planview – Advisor, delivering customized reports, implementing improvements, and ensuring users can effectively utilize the tool.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, Marketing, Finance, PMO) to gather requirements, configure workflows, and adapt the system to meet operational needs.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes within Planview – Advisor, implementing solutions or adjustments to enhance usability and efficiency.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree business, technical, or another appropriate field
- 4 years professional experience
- Experience with Project management software
- Experience in Planview
- Certifications: CAPM or equivalent
- Experience in developing Key Performance Indicators and a reporting system that meets business needs and allows for informed decision making
- Experience utilizing key project metrics and indicators to communicate progress/status to key stakeholders and executive leadership
- Experience in PowerBI report development
