What you will do-
The Associate Portfolio Manager will support our Joint Replacement Division. They will be a member of the Commercial Ops Teams. You will develop and execute global product lifecycle strategies within the product line and marketing functions. You will partner with Marketing, Demand Planning and global markets to develop and execute new product rollouts, and legacy product phase out plans. The employee can work 100% virtually in the US without any set territory or proximity required. Must be willing travel once per quarter to our site in Mahwah, NJ.
Lead cross functional launch and phase our meetings to ensure smooth operational transitions
Provide recommendations and execute aligned plans to launch and phase out projects ensuring best case/worst case considerations
Facilitate quarterly business portfolio reviews as it pertains to relevant business unit
Assist with the development of overall product life cycle business processes ensuring all relevant business partners and financial implications are considered
Provide consistent reports to the organization that detail the needs of our customers and provide effectiveness metrics of ongoing programs
Works with supervisor and co-workers to evaluate trends in assigned segments or new, but related, markets to determine and recommend segment penetration opportunities and strategies
Assist with the development annual marketing plans and financial submissions
What you need-
Bachelor’s degree, required
6 years of experience in portfolio management, supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, brand marketing experience, required
Experience in compiling, organizing and consolidating large volumes of data and reports, required
Leading presentations, required
$83,000 - $176,800 salary plus bonus eligible Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
