What You Will Do
Responsible for increasing awareness of Mako Robotic-Assisted Surgery initiatives through specific market development programs
Work with business partners to generate strategy around patient education for joint replacement and Mako Robotic-Arm assisted surgery
Provide business analysis and controlling support for sales and marketing management
Leads patient engagement initiatives and analytics to support the strategy
Manage budget for market awareness spend
Work with Business Intelligence function to evaluate trends in assigned segments, as well as new (but related) markets, to determine segment penetration opportunities and strategies
Drive the product/marketing message through all communication channels by partnering with internal and external communication resources and functions. Maintain a consistent positioning image through all materials and events
Work with internal and external clinical and scientific advisors, including Stryker’s surgeon consultant base, to create and drive a research matrix which supports brand value propositions and claims
Collaborate with field sales management, consulting surgeons and patients to validate, deliver and evaluate marketing strategies and programs
What You Need
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required; MBA preferred
7 years sales/marketing/management experience
1-3 years of management experience
Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship management skills
Strong verbal communication skills (both in groups and one-on-one interaction) and written communication skills
Knowledge of healthcare products or medical devices highly preferred
Demonstrated understanding of Mako Robotic-Arm assisted technology and associated benefits
Ability to influence/ guide cross functional remote teams
Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment
Demonstrate understanding of local market development initiatives and tactics used in healthcare marketing
