Our customer care representatives provide world-class customer engagements through daily communication pertaining to orders and fulfillment with customers. Customer care representatives work as strategic partners with other departments within the organization to assist in orders and fulfillment.
- Efficiently manage and resolve all customer inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with Senior Management, Branch Operations, Manufacturing and Accounting to address and resolve issues.
- Prepare and provide consolidated billing and supporting documentation to customers.
- Provide professional written correspondence to customers.
- Maintain warranty files and promptly process warranty part orders.
- Develop a thorough understanding of various sales and marketing programs within the business.
- Accurately enter purchase orders.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, and JDE in daily processes.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned to support the team.
Education, Experience, Certifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Competencies, Skills, Knowledge:
- Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce.com, ServiceMax, Google Suite and JD Edwards ERP system preferred
- Ability to provide world class customer engagements.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new software tools
- Flexibility to work shifts and be on call as needed.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle with difficult situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
Physical Demands/Environment
- This is a work from home position with hours of 10pm to 7am EST. Home location needs to be in Georgia with the ability to commute to the office in Alpharetta as needed.
- This role involves sitting at a desk for extended periods while working on a computer and answering calls.
