About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Stryten Energy. This role will be responsible for providing daily support to the Human Resources department, as well as other administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain Compliance: Monitor local, state, and federal laws and regulations to ensure compliance in the workplace.
- Collaborate with HQ HR Team: Work closely with the HQ HR team to implement changes and maintain compliance.
- Identify Areas of Improvement: Analyze the HR function and implement new processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead New Employee Onboarding: Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, including pre-screening applications, background checks, and new hire orientations.
- Develop Hourly Employees: Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to hourly employees to enhance their performance.
- Conduct Performance Reviews: Facilitate 30, 60, and 90-day reviews for hourly operation employees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Related Field
- 2-4 Years of Human Resources Experience
- Strong Decision-Making Skills
- Ability to Prioritize Tasks
- Excellent Communication Skills
