Stryten Energy is seeking skilled maintenance personnel to support our Salina team in meeting the demands of our growing customer base. Our ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring the operation of machinery and plant mechanical equipment by completing preventive and planned maintenance requirements on plant equipment. This includes adjusting machinery, repairing or replacing defective parts, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and assembling machinery prior to installation.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful candidate will be required to follow all safety and health policies and procedures, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and comply with current Quality System requirements and Lean Manufacturing procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical and electrical equipment by completing preventive and planned maintenance requirements on plant equipment.
- Adjusts machinery and repairs or replaces defective parts.
- Cleans, lubricates, and performs other routine maintenance work on machinery.
- Folllows all procedures with regard to Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) and Confined Space Entry.
- Complies with all safety and health policies and procedures.
- Maintains a clean and orderly work area.
- Complies with current Quality System requirements.
- Folllows Lean Manufacturing procedures.
Requirements:
- Passing score on pre-employment assessment.
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance.
