Overview
The position is responsible for developing and implementing national accounts policies and programs, in order to maintain and improve the competitive position and profitability of the organization. The position will interact with other Stryten Energy personnel to explore and share best practices throughout the organization. The successful individual will have demonstrated ability to work on a cross-functional basis across business units and within the corporation.
This is a home-based position ideally located near a large airport in the Midwest, Southeast or Eastern US.
Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions. The salary range for this role is : $110,000 - $130,000 per year. In addition, this position will be eligible for a full range medical, dental and vision benefits.

Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Prospect, identify, qualify, and target accounts fitting the national account profile.
- Develop strategies which enable Stryten Energy to approach national customers with a unified sales and service program.
- Serve as the primary contact to the field by providing personal sales visits, resolving issues, and communicating information regarding assigned national accounts.
- Ensure coverage of accounts through OEM and Regional Managers as well as internal support staff.
- Establish and monitor adherence to National Accounts pricing and procedures guidelines as the primary coordinator for those accounts.
- Help tailor products and programs to the needs of national accounts.
- Assist to control working capital, including overdue accounts receivables.
- Operate within an acceptable sales-to-expense ratio.
- Forecast and track sales activity for assigned accounts.
- Advise in the development of national sales tools.
- Complete projects and reports in a timely fashion.
- Perform additional tasks and functions as determined by your leadership; examples include, but are not limited to, representing Stryten at trade shows, helping train new national accounts manager, and presenting at sales meetings.
