STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join the team.
Duties and Responsibilities
This position aims to create mutually beneficial relationships that extend beyond the initial purchase. Customer Service coordinates information between supply chain, manufacturing and the customer ensuring prompt responses, outside the box thinking and an understanding of the customer-focused strategy with the importance of building quality relationships. Serves as a liaison between management, sales, production, purchasing, and customers concerning the processing of requests and purchase orders.
- Serves as a liaison between management, sales, production, purchasing, and customers concerning the processing of requests and purchase orders
- Processes customer complaints regarding quality tolerance, specifications, and delivered condition of products according to company procedure
- Maintains a good working relationship with various internal departments to insure a professional and complete presentation to the customer
- Manages customer schedules and requirements
- Processes exceptions according to company policy and/or procedure
- Partakes in business review meetings to ensure customer satisfaction
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

Salary : $50,000 - $55,000
