Shipper (8 am to 4:30 pm)

STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Shipper to join our team. Under the general direction of the Shipping Supervisor, this position is responsible for the timely packing and shipping of manufactured pieces. Duties and Responsibilities

• Packages assemblies and inspect wrapping, parts, and containers for conformance to company standards, customer requirements, shipping companies, and postal regulations
• Weighs packages and determines postage and affixes postage stamps to packages
• Prepares product and packages for shipping in conformity with company, customer, and government regulations, both domestic and internationally
• Able to navigate and accurately enter data into various shipping websites for the generation of shipping labels
• Able to navigate customer websites to provide up to date shipping dataVerify and document all incoming material
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.50 per hour
