What are the responsibilities and job description for the Journeyman Painter- Residential/Commercial position at STS CONSTRUCTION?

We specialize in remodel/new construction for residential and commercial properties. Our commercial buildings consist of multi-family and multi use. We are committed to craftsmanship and having a team/family-oriented environment!
What Does Your Day Look Like?
- Pick up materials
- Mask efficiently and protect all exposed surfaces
- Caulk and touch up to prep drywall and trim for paint
- Painting with brush roller and sprayer
Qualifications:
- 4 years experience as a painter
- Residential/Commercial experience

- Pay Rate: $28-35hr DOE, annual bonus
- 2 weeks of PTO

Job Site Locations: North-South Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday-Friday
- Start Time: 6:00am-9:00am depending on project
- End Time: 3:00pm- 6:00pm depending on project
