Industrial Supply Warehouse Technician & Delivery Driver

HIRING EXPERIENCED WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN IMMEDIATELY

FOR THIS HIRE: MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS OF DELIVERY DRIVING EXPERIENCE IN AND AROUND THE HOUSTON AREA

• NO CRIMINAL CHARGES ON BACKGROUND SCREENING RECORD
• Must be at least 25 years of age for our company driving insurance requirements with an active, valid Texas drivers license with no restrictions.
• 3-5 years warehouse experience pulling 60-100 order lines per shift in a high paced setting.
• 3-5 years delivery driving, especially flat bed trucks along with knowledge of strapping down flat bed cargo.
• Must have a clean driving record (No moving violations the last 3 years, especially speeding, racing, reckless driving, and no DUIs).
• Skilled at using technology including hand scanners, label printers, order and inventory management systems
• Physical stamina is a must and must be able to work a full workday standing and moving around, plus be able to lift 50 pounds multiple times each day.
• Forklift experience a plus.
• Manufacturing experience a plus.
• TWIC a plus.

Compensation:

$17/hour

• You are guaranteed 40 hours per week and up to 5 hours of overtime work per week.
• Overtime work is required when needed.
• Opportunity for Call Out rotation work that is paid at up to $75/ hour (after fully trained).
• Quarterly Teamwork Bonus Program up to $560* that are paid every 3 months. *

*Bonuses are calculated based on your performance, the team's performance, and the company's performance during the 3-month period of time. Bonus rate is based on 35 hours times your hourly rate of pay. It can be more or less than $560 per quarter depending on the calculation of the performance factors.
