- Model Mechanical Piping systems
- create As-Built condition drawling for projects
- Coordinate: ductwork, mechanical equipment, other trades, architectural and structural elements of the building
- Effectively communicate with PM's and project engineers during drafting process.
- Produce all documents on time and within budget.
- Abide my companies CAD standards to create models consistent with companies requirements
- Team player and positive attitude
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of mechanical piping design or trade experience
- Experienced with AutoCAD or Revit 2019
- Basic windows knowledge
- ability to read and interpret structural documents
You should be proficient in:
- HVAC/R Systems
- CAD Software
- Mechanical Design & Engineering
