Sanitation Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sanitation Manager to join our team in North Little Rock, AR. Salary: $80,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all sanitation operations within the facility to ensure compliance with FDA and USDA regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain sanitation protocols and procedures to guarantee a clean and safe production environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess sanitation practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Train and supervise sanitation staff on best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities, inspections, and compliance reports.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food and beverage manufacturing, with a strong understanding of sanitation practices.
- In-depth knowledge of FDA and HACCP regulations related to food safety and sanitation.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
