STS Staffing is looking for a Avionics Technician Assistant for a Short Term Project located in Apopka, FL. In this role you would be working alongside management and other technicians assisting with installing GPS on the Aircrafts.
Short Term Project
Starting Pay rate - $25-$30 an hour
1st shift
Responsibilities:
help with the installation and removal of parts, as well as performing simple repairs under the guidance of a senior technician.
assists experienced technicians with the maintenance, repair, and installation of aircraft electrical and electronic systems.
Install GPS
Skills :
- Must be able to read Diagrams
- Must be able rewire connectors
- Basic knowledge of electronics and avionics: Understanding of electronic principles and avionics systems is essential.
- Familiarity with hand tools and diagnostic equipment: Experience using common tools and equipment used in avionics maintenance.
- Attention to detail: Ability to work accurately and meticulously, following procedures and documentation.
- Good communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with senior technicians and other personnel.
- Physical ability: Ability to handle tools and equipment, potentially working in various heights and positions.
Job Type: Temporary
