We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and residents. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Key Responsibilities : Resident Room Cleaning :
Making beds, changing linens
Cleaning bedside tables, chairs, and personal items
Wiping down surfaces, dusting furniture
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms (toilets, sinks, tubs)
Emptying trash and biohazard waste
Common Area Cleaning :
Vacuuming carpets and rugs
Mopping floors
Dusting furniture and fixtures
Cleaning windows and blinds
Maintaining cleanliness of hallways, lounges, dining areas, and activity rooms
Infection Control :
Following proper cleaning and disinfection procedures
Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Reporting any potential infection control concerns
Supply Management :
Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies
Reporting any shortages or damaged supplies
Properly storing cleaning chemicals
Other Duties :
Assisting with special cleaning projects as needed
Maintaining cleanliness of laundry rooms and utility areas
Adhering to established cleaning schedules
Communicating effectively with nursing staff regarding resident needs and concerns
Required Skills and Qualifications :
