Material Handler III- Logistics Department
Position where employee performs tasks related to shipping, receiving, storing and distributing materials, parts and products within a warehouse. Including more complex inventory management or operation of specialized equipment.
Responsibilities :
- Manage inventory, receiving and checking incoming shipments, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, operating warehouse equipment : forklifts, data entry related to inventory management
- Forklift, pallet jacks, order pickers, turret trucks, and conveyors
- Performing detailed inventory checks, cycle counts and resolving discrepancies
- Picking and packing complex orders with high accuracy, including specialized packing requirements
- Efficiently load / unload truck with various types of materials, ensure proper securing and documentation
- QC-inspect incoming and outgoing materials for damage or defects, reporting issues to supervisors
- Data-maintain accurate records of inventory movements
