Key Responsibilities
- Perform line maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on 737, 767, A320, and 787 aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations, airworthiness directives, and company policies.
- Work directly with Station Managers, Lead Technicians, airline partners, flight crews, and maintenance controllers to support daily maintenance operations.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues using maintenance manuals, schematics, and precision instruments.
- Perform component adjustments, replacements, and repairs to maintain optimal aircraft performance.
- Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and Part 145 repair station requirements (if applicable).
- Maintain a high level of quality, integrity, and customer service while working in fast-paced environments.
- Work outdoors and in varying weather conditions as required.
- Follow all safety protocols, company policies, and industry best practices to ensure aircraft readiness.
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License with no history of infractions.
- Minimum of recent experience working on turbine-powered aircraft; Part 145 repair station or Part 135 experience preferred.
- Inspection Authorization (IA) License is a plus but not required.
- Own basic line maintenance tool set (calibrated and specialty tooling provided).
- Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and technical documents.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting airframe, engine, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work standing, climb ladders/stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a background check, drug & alcohol test, and meet U.S. Customs & Border Patrol clearance requirements.
- Flexible schedule required – shifts may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and customer service mindset with a commitment to quality and safety.
- Pay Rate: $32 – $40 per hour (based on experience and qualifications).
