Position Summary

- Boeing 737NG/MAX
- Airbus A320 family
- Embraer 145/170/175
- All candidates must currently be authorized to work in the United States.
As an A&P Mechanic, you will:
- Perform maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on transport category aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.
- Work closely with Station Managers, Lead Aircraft Maintenance Technicians, airline personnel, and flight crews.
- Maintain the highest quality and safety standards in all repair and maintenance procedures.
- Diagnose and replace defective components using maintenance manuals, schematics, and specialized tools.
- Utilize precision instruments to measure parts for wear and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- Work in outdoor environments and inclement weather as required.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License with no history of infractions.
- Minimum of recent A&P experience on turbine-powered aircraft preferred.
- Own set of standard line maintenance tools (Calibrated and specialty tools provided).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug & alcohol test, and Customs & Border Patrol Clearance.
- Basic to mid-level computer and organizational skills.
- Experience with FAA Part 145 repair stations or Part 135 operations is highly desirable.
- Inspection Authorization (IA) License is a plus.
- Strong ability to interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and schematics.
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Superior customer service, communication skills, and work ethic with a commitment to excellence.
- Pay Rate: $28 – $40 per hour (Based on experience)
- Full-Time Benefits: PTO, Health Insurance, 401(k)
- Part-Time Positions: No benefits
