Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (Tech II & III) – Kinston, NC

4-3-3-4 Rotating Schedule | Day & Night Weekend Shifts | $36–$48/hr

STS Technical Services is now hiring experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to support operations in Kinston, North Carolina. These are full-time positions with a unique 4-3-3-4 rotation and 12-hour shifts, offering both day and night weekend schedules.

Join a fast-growing MRO operation in a facility built for excellence. All positions require an active FAA A&P license and prior hands-on experience with business or corporate jets.

Work Schedule

Shift Structure: 4-3-3-4 Rotation (12-hour shifts)

• Team A1 (Weekend Day Shift): Thursday / Friday – Sunday | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Team A2 (Weekend Night Shift): Thursday / Friday – Sunday | 5:00 PM – 5:30 AM
  
  

Technician II – Details

• Pay Rate: $36 – $41 per hour
• Experience: 4–7 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance
• Preferred Skills: Experience with Corridor and business/corporate jets
  
  

Technician III – Details

• Pay Rate: $41 – $48 per hour
• Experience: 7–10 years of hands-on aircraft maintenance
• Preferred Skills: Advanced experience with Corridor and business/corporate jets
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License
• Extensive knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems and system interactions
• Familiarity with FAA regulations, IPM procedures, and ATA codes
• Must pass a drug and alcohol screening prior to starting work
• High level of attention to detail, safety compliance, and technical expertise
