Position Overview :
STS Technical Services is hiring Unlicensed A&P Mechanics in Indianapolis, Indiana, to perform intermediate and heavy maintenance tasks on aircraft. This role is crucial for ensuring high-quality standards in aircraft maintenance without the requirement of an A&P license. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in flight control, engine throttle rigging, and the ability to use FAA-approved data proficiently.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Flight Control & Engine Throttle Rigging : Perform precise rigging of flight controls and engine throttles, ensuring all adjustments meet quality standards.
Data Utilization : Proficiently use FAA-approved data, including IPC, M / M, OHM, and SRM, to guide maintenance tasks.
Quality Assurance : Ensure all work performed adheres to the highest quality standards.
Leadership : Direct and guide less experienced mechanics to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Additional Duties : Perform all other duties as assigned.
