Autocad Civil 3D Surveyor (EB-4999144360)

As a Surveyor/Scanner Specialist, you will be responsible for performing field data collection using laser scanning technology to support a wide range of survey work for client projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assess the scanning and surveying needs of various disciplines and clients.
• Capture data using terrestrial-based laser scanning equipment and convert it into point clouds.
• Ensure all scanning data meets the highest quality standards.
• Manage the entire laser scanning process from fieldwork to project completion.
• Independently perform and complete all field laser scanning assignments.
• Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of scanning equipment; report and coordinate maintenance needs with management promptly.
• Collaborate with the laser scanning team and demonstrate flexibility based on business demands.
• Participate in client site-specific safety training and adhere to all client requirements.
• Work closely with the design team as needed to support project goals.

Education, Experience, and Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

• An associate or bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Experience using Trimble, Nikon, and Sokkia survey instruments and data collectors.
• Proficiency with Leica Geosystems software including Cyclone, Register 360, CloudWorx, and TruView.
• Skills in Autodesk platforms such as AutoCAD, ReCap, Navisworks, and Civil 3D.
• Experience working on multi-discipline engineering projects involving structures, piping, equipment, and processes.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a design team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
