BIM Designer
Act as a technical lead for a team of BIM Designers to coordinate architectural, civil, structural and MEP plans, elevations, and details. Prepare construction documents including CAD and BIM modeling of plans, components and connections and production and erection reports.
Responsibilities
- Lead junior Designers in preparing required documents in CAD or BIM
- Work on prospects for sales developing presentations using Revit, Tekla or other 3D modeling platforms
- Meet task deadlines and adhere to budgeted hours
- Participate in external / in-house seminars and training activities / sessions
- Participate in the development of in-house processes, checklists and standards
